    When you call 763-755-3801 an experienced, professional staff member will ask questions and listen to you. They will help you figure out your situation and offer advice about the next steps you can take.

    Depending on your situation, a staff member can meet with you face-to-face in your home or some other location in the community, like a coffee shop or school.

    The Crisis Response Service helps anyone who is having a mental health crisis, both adults and children.

    The call is free. Our highest priority is helping you with your immediate crisis.

    If you meet face-to-face with a Crisis Response staff person and you have health insurance or are covered by Medical Assistance (MA) Crisis Response Services may bill them. You may have a co-pay or other insurance-related charges.

    Crisis services are covered by many private insurance plans. Also, a sliding fee scale and/or payment plan is available if you do not have insurance. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

    Crisis Response services cover both children and adults.
