Centennial Library Meeting and Conference Rooms

Community Room

The Community Room holds 80 people, or about 60 people with chairs and tables. It has a projector and a large projection screen, 23 tables, two podiums, a white board, and a kitchenette. Two wireless microphones are also available to use. With its separate exterior entrance, the room is also available to use outside of normal library hours. Use of the room outside of normal operating hours requires the checkout of a key card from the library. Please speak with a staff member if you have any questions.

The Opportunity Room holds six people and contains a large conference table and a display monitor.

The Curiosity Room holds four people and has a table and a display monitor.

Spirit Room

The Spirit Room holds four people, has padded bench seats, two small circular tables, and a display monitor.

The Spirit Room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

IQ Kitchen

The IQ kitchen can be reserved for meetings and events per the library meeting room policy.  The kitchen has 2 large tall butcher block tables on casters and 12 counter height chairs, with additional chairs available upon request.  This room includes an oven, air fryer, microwave, blender, and small fridge in addition to miscellaneous cookware upon request. You will need to provide your own cooking utensils and paper products.  The kitchen also has a large teaching monitor and a white board.

The use of the kitchen equipment is accessible after an orientation with staff.  This will need to be scheduled 48 hours prior to the meeting/event.
