Open Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm, except holidays
Open to area residents and small businesses.
Place all materials in appropriate containers.
All materials accepted curbside, same guidelines, plus:
- Antifreeze
- Batteries – Household batteries only, no automotive/car batteries
- Bikes
- Christmas/Holiday Lights
- Fluorescent Bulbs, Xcel customers ONLY, limit 10, no fee, ID required
- Oil (Motor) – NO gasoline, solvents or water. Pour carefully into tank. Take container home for reuse.
- Oil Filters
- Plastic Bags and Film
- Scrap Metal – bikes, metal fencing, metal doors, etc.
- Styrofoam -- NO food items, block and shape only
- Tires – Columbia Heights residents only, ID required, 4 tires off rim per year; rims may be deposited in scrap metal
