How to Submit a Proposal for a Program or Author Visit
Review the guidelines below before submitting your program proposal online using the link below. Library staff will contact you if the proposed program meets our guidelines and fits into programming needs, schedule, and budget.
All program planning occurs on a quarterly schedule several months in advance. All proposals must be received by the deadlines below to be considered for inclusion during the indicated months.
- July 1 (for December - February programs)
- October 1 (for March - May programs)
- January 1 (for June - August programs)
- April 1 (for September - November programs)
All checks will be mailed within five weeks following the program's completion.
Authors, performers, and staff are not permitted to sell products directly to the public at library events.
