Annual Property Review

Minnesota Statute 273.08 requires all parcels to be physically viewed at least once every five years. Anoka County uses the physical data collected during these reviews as part of our mass appraisal process which is ultimately used to determine values on an annual basis.

The inspection usually takes 15 minutes or less and includes both the interior and exterior. You have the right to refuse inspection either verbally or in writing at RS-PropTax-Assessor@anokacountymn.gov.  If the assessor is denied access to the property, the assessor will make market-based assumptions believed to be appropriate concerning the property’s finish and condition.

The table and links below can be used to identify when your property is scheduled for annual review and by whom.
