ACCFC Mission
We strive to nurture collaborative efforts by building bridges and networks between people and agencies who share a vision of a healthier community for children and families in Anoka County.
ACCFC Purpose
Strengthening the Community Through Collaboration
The Anoka County Children and Family Council (ACCFC) is a family service collaborative comprised of Anoka County, seven school districts within Anoka County, the Anoka County Community Action Program, and appointed community agency representatives, parents, and community leaders.
The Council focuses on prevention, coordination, and streamlining services to better meet the needs of children and families.
Participation in the federally funded Local Collaborative Time Study has allowed the Council to raise more than $19 million since 1994 to help Anoka County children and families.
The Council provides grants, sponsorships, flexible funding, and educational opportunities that encourage schools and agencies to work collaboratively to support a healthy community for children and families.
