Project Summary

Project Background / Description
This project consists of construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Centerville Road (County Highway 21) and Ash Street (County Highway 32). Improvements also include ADA-compliant pedestrian accommodations, and stormwater drainage improvements. Anoka County is working in partnership with the City of Lino Lakes, and coordinating with MnDOT on the MnDOT-led I-35E interchange project at County Road J. 

Project Updates

As of April 1, 2026
The 95% plans have been reviewed by County staff and final plans are being prepared. Construction is scheduled for 2027 to avoid conflict with the phasing of the I-35E interchange.
