Project Summary

Project Background/Description
This project consists of intersection improvements at Crosstown Boulevard (CSAH 18) and Constance Boulevard (CR 60) / 161st Avenue (CSAH 20).  Improvements include construction of a roundabout, ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, and drainage improvements. Anoka County is working in partnership with the City of Andover.

Project Updates

As of April 2, 2026
Tree removal was completed on March 27; construction is tentatively scheduled for mid-April.
