125th Avenue and Zest

Project Summary

Project Background/Description
The City of Blaine, in partnership with a private developer, will be installing a new traffic signal at the intersection of 125th Ave NE (County Highway 14) and Zest Street NE. As part of this project, the developer will also construct a new street connection on the south side of 125th Ave NE.

These improvements will support ongoing development in the area and enhance traffic flow and safety at this intersection.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
