What year will my house be seen by assessment staff?

The State of Minnesota requires assessors to
physically inspect all parcels once every five years (quintile) or 20% of each
city or township.  As a result of these requirements, Anoka County has
created maps depicting which areas staff will be working over the next 5
years.   If property owners have specific questions regarding what an
inspection entails, or would like to schedule an inspection, we encourage them to
contact our office.
