Project Summary

Project Background/Description
The traffic signal system at the intersection of CSAH 11 (Northdale Blvd) and Raven Street in the City of Coon Rapids has reached its end of its service life. The system will be replaced and incorporate the latest ADA and APS (Accessible Pedestrian Signal) standards at this intersection. Construction is anticipated to begin after July 4, 2026 and be completed by the middle of August, to avoid conflicts with school.

Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in early July.
