“Faces of Hope,” a deeply personal and locally produced documentary featuring the real-life journeys of Anoka County individuals impacted by opioid misuse, was screened to a packed house Feb. 3 at the Lyric Arts Main Street Stage in Anoka.
“This documentary is part of a broader effort to support those affected by opioids,” said District 7 Anoka County Commissioner Mandy Meisner. “Faces of Hope has launched a new website, facesofhopeanoka.org, which is a comprehensive resource hub offering a directory of trusted local support services, free naloxone training and pickup locations across the county, and inspiring stories of resilience, recovery, and hope.”
