The City of Ramsey, in partnership with Anoka County and MnDOT, is currently working on advancing improvement plans for Highway 10. The project team has selected a preferred vision for Highway 10 (see below). This is built upon work completed in the 2014 Highway 10 Access Planning Study. With the vision selection, the project team has already begun pursuing grant sources to assist in funds necessary for advancement in project design and construction of the final improvement plan.
