Recorded Document Access

Listed below are way to obtain access to recorded documents.{collapse}

  1. Subscription Service

    • This option is best if you require frequent and ongoing access to various recorded documents.
    • Grantor/Grantee is searchable with this option.
    • Any recorded Plat or Survey would be available. 
    • This service requires a billing account to be set up and is billed monthly. At this time, payment by check is preferred.

    To subscribe

    • You will be required to enter into the license Agreement for the Subscription Service. The county requires that the agreement be returned/submitted to our office and set up through DocuSign.

  2. Public Research Room

    The Public Research Area, located in Room 119 in the Government Center in Anoka, has terminals to assist the public with inquiries pertaining to real estate records and tract information.

    Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm | M-F (excluding holidays)

  3. Optical Images Purchase (bulk image sales)

    • This option is best if you desire to purchase all of the electronic images of recorded documents on an ongoing basis, which provides for the bulk purchase at a reduced rate of $0.15/image. 
    • Grantor/Grantee index data information is not included (images only).
    • Plats are not included due to size limitations; any recorded Survey that meets the size requirement of 11" x 17" or less, would be included. 
    • Images can be provided on a monthly or biweekly basis.
    • This service is billed monthly. At this time payment by check is preferred. 
    • Monthly images may vary based on volumes. 

    To subscribe

    • You will be required to enter into the license agreement for the purchase of Optical Images. The county requires that the agreement be returned/submitted to our office and set up through DocuSign. Images are placed on the customer FTP site for you to retrieve.
